The eyes are cute, but they're just a little too big. Her nose is shaped nicely, but it's off-centre. The way her tongue goes out of her mouth is sort of unnatural, and it looks as if it's flat. You're definitely improving,though, with the lineart and getting the shapes right. You just have to work on getting the shapes the right size and in order.

This is actually quite good! Maybe add some shading and correct the orientation of the nose, then it would be great. I also don't like the nose piercing, it looks a little odd, but then again, piercings have been a bit of a turn-off for me. The cheecks look a little strange too. But the important thing is YOU'RE IMPROVING! Keep at it!
